I had no idea that when I was booked for the Carte D'or commercial that I would work as hard or have as much fun! Three commercials in four days, fifty dessert recipes in five days, twelve tubs of ice-cream in my freezer and the Dream Team was born...and in the words of the late Michael Jackson 'It ain't too much for me...'
